Sometimes in summer she comes from Moscow, Russia, to these places in North Ukraine, where she spent her childhood. Akhtyrka, 50 km south from the Russian-Ukranian border, is a town of her ancestors from mother’s side. Once she, half Russian, half Ukranian by origin, enriched by two cultures, close to each other, asked me to take a photo. In a context of current relations between the two countries it looks as made for memories.
