This NEVER happens to me!! ok, it does every once in a while, but I arrived to this falls in the rain and fog and hardly another human around. As perfect of conditions as I could ask for. Blackwater Falls is in northern West Virginia, inside Blackwater Falls State Park.

This is an incredible photo Terri. So great of a feeling with the fog. Water flow looks good and the shutter speed used is spot on. I'm so jealous!

Like how the foggy sky is im direct contrast to dark foliage in foreground.
